Dumbbell Clean/Jerk Rx1 50/35, Rx2 40/25, Rx3 35/20

10 reps

every round add 2 reps to pull-ups and DBs

1 min rest – Then 3 mins to hit 50 Kb swings

Rx1 80/53, Rx2 70/44, Rx3 62/35

For every rep short of 50 reps = 1 Burpee

Final Time is when done with KB swings or Burpees
