CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity.

CrossFit Clearwater is a registered affiliate of CrossFit. Our athletes train using the CrossFit methodology. The CrossFit prescription is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement”. Our program gives you a more balanced overall fitness, increasing your capability and capacity over a broader range of movements and activities. And what we do is scalable to accommodate different levels of experiences, injury or other limiting factors.

At CrossFit Clearwater, the first class is always FREE to new CrossFitters. This gives you an opportunity to see what CrossFit is all about. If you are new to CrossFit or CrossFit Clearwater, call us at 727-953-8091.

1) Backsquat
3 x 5 @ 100% 5rm

2) With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every minute.
From 0:00-5:00 use 115/80
From 5:00-10:00 use 135/95
From 10:00-15:00 use 155/110
Continue adding 20/15 lb every 5 minutes for as long as you are able.
