CrossFit Clearwater is a registered affiliate of CrossFit. Our athletes train using the CrossFit methodology. The CrossFit prescription is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement”. Our program gives you a more balanced overall fitness, increasing your capability and capacity over a broader range of movements and activities. Everything we do is scalable to accommodate different levels of experiences, injury, or other limiting factors.
