CrossFit Clearwater is a registered affiliate of CrossFit. Our athletes train using the CrossFit methodology. The CrossFit prescription is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement”. Our program gives you a more balanced overall fitness, increasing your capability and capacity over a broader range of movements and activities. And what we do is scalable to accommodate different levels of experiences, injury or other limiting factors.

Wod

1) For time

100 pushups

every 10 push-ups do 10 box jumps

200 air squats

every 20 squats do 5 burpees step ups on box

100 sit-ups

after 50 sit-ups run 400m ( only 1 run/finish with sit-ups)

PLEASE DONT USE CHALK!
